8" Clearview Shield with Recurve, Dark Grey *SOLD*
*SOLD*
8" Clearview Shield with Recurve, Dark Grey.
HAR-E9608
Brand new, installed last night and removed tonight. John at Clearview says this is a Blem with light specs in the lower right corner, but I can't find them even holding up to fluorescent light.
The shield turned out to be too short for me, but I already ripped off the protective film.. ..
so, since I would take a 20% hit by returning it I figured I'd offer it up for sale instead, and wait until they have a taller one in Dark Grey available.
cost to me was $91 and change
I will ship to you (USA only) for $75
If you are around 5'11" with stock height seat or even 6' if you have a lowered seat, this shield should be about right.
Here is some pics.

I am 6', and have a stock seat.
for me the 8" shield is right where it either needs to be a little taller or shorter. The air coming off of the shield hit me right in the forehead and makes my helmet/glasses vibrate. If I sit up a bit its OK in the wind or slouch down a bit its OK and the buffeting goes away.
