52723-06 is the correct part # according to Harleys web site.
This is the Tall detachable upright.
The backrest pad is the design for the FLHX.

I lowered the price to $225.00 shipped, thats a savings of $55.00 (dont forget about the tax)or so and i'm paying the shipping.
