These were new in box about 2 months ago, I purchased them to make a cross country trip to CA and up the coast, it was used for 3 weeks and worked great, the volume is not quite as loud as the CD mode but is very good. I activated the 3 months free about 5-6 weeks ago and it is currently activated. I live in Ohio and only have summer months to ride, if I had year round riding I would consider keeping the system however I only bought it for the trip.

The system is a very easy plug and play, I can take pictures as I take it off my bike.
