an inch lower. These are quality pieces which are laser cut and are custom designed for all Touring fenders. What they do is replace your stock brackets with these (the original brackets will hace to have the rivets removed) and they need to be welded on the inside of your fender. Once installed they will lower your fender for that "chopped" look and you will have the clean look on the sides of your fender with no rivets.

$50.00 includes stainless steel bolts, washers, (replaces the OE pieces) chrome barrel spacers and complete instructions on how to do it plus, I will ship them to you all for $50.00.

I never installed these brackets onto my fenders and the pictures of my bike are the ones of how my bike looks now and it is part of my signature and profile. Look at the attached picture and that is what it looks like when the braclets installed. Again, the black Street Glide w/ no seat is my bike without the brackets installed. I can pictures of what I'm selling if needed.
