Default 360 Brake (chrome) Reduced $$

Chrome 360 Brake. Purchased this summer and had this on my 2005 Road King Custom fora few hundred miles. Thisbrake is very cool and innear newcondition. Nothing else like it out there....lets you get rid ofboth of your frontbrake rotors and calipers, and show off thosecustom wheels. I just decided I like thedual PM six piston brakeson my bike a littler better. For mepersonally, Irealized I likethe look of my matching PM Hooliganbrake rotorsand wheels together (guess I just have an old fashioned view of what a Harley should look like). Get more productinformation and photographsat www.360brake.com

Comes with: 1 chrome 360 Brake (complete with chrome caliper, chrome hat, and chrome anti-rotational arm), 1 fifty two inch Magnum Chromite braided SS brake line, 2 Custom cut polishedwheel spacers, 1 custom cut bearing sleeve / crush tube, and 2 chrome brake caliper mounting bolts. The wheel spacers and crush tube were cutfor properspacing onmy 2005 Road King Custom with PerformanceMachine Hooligan Wheels. This will also include the necessary half of the chrome Performance Machine wheel hub that I used to bolt up the 360 brake (see pictures). Everything you need to bolt the brake onand ride is here. (If you have a different wheel other than thosedesigned byPerformance Machine, the matching / needed chrome rotor hat for your bolt patterncan be purchased at a minimal cost).

MSRP of the 360 Brake alone (which is what I paid)without the listed extra parts is $995.00
Selling for $550.00

Price Drop...$425.00 shipped

Curious as to how this worked for you. I've read about a lot of problems with these units. Specifically overheating and that they were telling customers to use a specific brake fluid as Dot 5 was boiling up. It's my understanding that Baldwin was re-organizing and perhaps coming up with a solution to the problem.

Rastus,

Before I bought this brake I did somereading and learned there was a productionrun of these units that experienced some heat related problems.I also found that many units had been used for thousands of miles with no problems. I ran DOT 4 fluid in the brake while it was on my Road King and had no problems.

Feel free to send me a PM if you have further questions.
