Is the seat in good condition? Also, what would shipping be for it to 70605? Thanks

Guys...
The seat is brand spankin' new... only 178 miles on her. I bought the bike on August 15th and got in a head on crash the same day (talk about a bummer). The left side is the only damage and the insurance company totaled it. I'm rebuilding the bike from the ground up and the parts listed are not going to be used. I will estimate the shipping cost to be like 40 bucks. If its more I'll east the cost. So... like $215 shipped.
