if there's an interested party here, isn't there a conflict with e-bay if you're also selling there? can you yank an item from e-bay at any time

 

gottaguy: Many, but certainly not most,ebay sellers list the item there and say in the listing that it is subject to prior sale. The lister is still out the ebay listing fees,and it is a way to stimulate an interested buyer to use "Buy it Now." But ebay doesn't ban listers/sellers for doing this.
