I am selling the Harley Davidson low profile seat that came on my of 04 FLHT. I bought the bike used and I do not know the HD part number for this seat. The seat is in great condition. It will include the little mounting bracket on the back. Price is $150.00 plus actual cost of shipping to your zip code. (Or pick up in South Western NH.) Most HD seats have a part number on the bottom of them.

that's an early Road Glide seat. I have one for the trimmed down look sans tourpack. Nice seat.

 

It fits the EGlide also as my bud runs one that looks just like it.

Tell us more about that cut down seat. This may sell this seat. For me that is what I'm after, a cut down passenger section with the rider backrest pocket. Some of the cool aftermarket seats don't have the cut out in the seat pan for the hardware that is on the bike.

 

Correct. The HD Low Profile seat is a different seat. The one they label as Low Profile is leather. I have two of them.

 

Puzzled,

This seat came off my 04 EGlide so it fits the Harley touring chassis. It does have the opening for a rider backrest. The passenger pad is fairly small. I found the rider portion comfortable but my wife who is on the bike about 50% of the time prefers the thicker cushion of the stock seat I found. She is fairly short and the stock seat sits her up more for a better view. I'm comfortable on either seat and I prefer the styling of this one, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
