Hey Mean Green, I actually have the seat at my place right now, I borrowed it from Scurvy for a little while and can attest to it's comfort and condition. About the time it arrived I decided (my wife decided) to order an Ultra.

I THINK it would fit your bike but couldn't seem to verify it on the HD website, they're always changing part numbers. Your '06 has a 150 rear, right? Maybe Scurvy will chime in...

 

I was wondering if this would fit a Deluxe also, unfortunatly it will not as the bolting pattern is different, unless the rear fender has been changed to a fat boy or ST standard style with the single rear bolt to hold it on.

 

Very nice Deluxe... but unfortunately, like fkndlx says, it won't fit. Looks like Deluxe owners get their own.
