..I mean what do people expect when you're buying insurance from an animated lizard, or a cartoon general...?
Frankly I'm surprised when people with those policies achieve contact with an actual human.

Having that card in your wallet don't mean squat if they don't come through on a claim.
Sometimes you do get what you pay for...

 

You should not even be talking with them. You insurance should be taking care of it. They will make dam sure it is right . If they don't they would get stuck with the bill.
If it were my ride it would have been fixed already by my insurance and they would be collecting from the other with out even bothering me.
