I'm playing around with Progressive quotes (via USAA). with 100/300/100 bodily injury and Uninsured motorist, 250/500 deductibles, I'm at $431/year for a 2011 Road King. Funny that a Street Glide costs almost $200 more per year to insure, but a Road King Classic is the same price as a Road King.

Geez, you guys got some good rates. Just checked Progressive, Gieco, etc. for my new 2011 SG, and they want almost $1000 per year. I'm 55 years old, own a home, have no violations in the last 3 years, and have MC endorsement. I don't know why so high...

$2,400 year. It would be $2,900/year if I had full coverage.

Default Dang!!!

That is pretty low (but good). I am paying 450 in Florida with Geico. I just got mine too last month. I guess i need to shop around a little better. I went with Geico since that is who my car was with. I may need to see if there are some cheaper ones out there.

I paid $81 a year with progressive for my old intruder 1500 minimum liability. And now for my 11 eg limited they wanted $800 for full coverage so I checked with geico and got $475 for the same policy so I ran my cars thru gieco quote and found out that on my 4 cars they were $1000 cheaper per 6 months. So after 7 years with progressive I took all my vehicles (4 cars& Harley ) and switched to geico and the money that I'm saving on the cars pay for the Harley insurance.
