Dairyland Insurance
#11
This is my Dairyland thread
I'm still PO'd and if I could find comparable coverage for about the same money, I'd be gone. I now have three bikes insured with them but my experience (however incorrect it may be) is that they won't pay if they can possibly get out of it.
Maybe more expensive is cheaper in the long run. (if you have a claim)

My insurance agent for my cars, truck, house referred DairyLand to me which I thought was pretty cool. She told me she could cover my bike but not nearly as cheap. I only pay about $130.00 a year. I do however have a concern about how it will go if I ever need to make a claim. Guess i will worry about that when the time comes.

Update. I just received my renewal statement. Dropped about $130.00 per year on my two scoots. I like this.

Sure wish one could capture deals like I have read about in this thread while residing in Michigan.
No tickets, No Accidents, ever and I am at $1,600 / year for the bike alone, then add a truck and car. Just way to many Gimidat's in Southeast MI which drive my rates through the roof, I am told, its due to the fact that I have a very high percentage chance in the event of an accident that the other vehicle will be uninsured and will likely file suit regardless of fault..... time to move I guess.

Well I live in Macomb county, you know that one right next to Wayne, my premiums went up 35% when I moved from Grand Blanc twp to Macomb a few years ago, I about hit the roof when I received the bill. Seems that living next to the jungle has its hazards, insurance companies don't like hazards. I am shopping around for better rates and have received quotes for less, but with reduced coverage's.
