Exclamation Insurance for add on trike kit

I just added a Trigg Trike Kit (www.triggtrikekits.com) to my 2006 Softail Deluxe, and called my current insurer, Progressive, and they said that they will no longer insure my bike.

These add on kits are quite common, and made by a few different companies, so insurance must be available for them.

Both Progressive and Foremost said that they will not insure the bike now, as the trike kit will not be considered an accessory and that the kit would actually void the underlying insurance on the bike itself.

Does anyone know who will insure my bike now with the trike kit added? It has the original two wheels, plus the bolt on kit for the two additional wheels. Progressive and Foremost said they will insure two and three wheel bikes, but not four wheel bikes...

I really want to ride this weekend, so I need to get insurance on this on Friday, 4/30.

I appreciate any assistance!!!!!

Leslie

Foremost insured my trike, no problem... just got and paid a renew on it too.

Progressive said they would insure it also but they were too expensive.

I have an 07 UC with the Motor Trike Kit.

I had the same problem with Progressive!!! They wanted to raise my premium a BUNCH even with a $1000.00 deductible. I called GEICO and they insured my Ultra/Champion combo for $308.00 a year which was almost $350.00 less than Progressive was charging me just for the '08 Ultra!!

BTW Wiz....Went over to my dealer today for the 1000 mile maintenance after the 103" build. He had just received a rear light bar from Champion so I told him to bolt it on!! Really wakes the rear end up and looks great!!!

9 on my bumper, 2 on the fenders, 2 on the tour pack...

From reading the post- it looks like she doesn't have a trike - but a two wheeler with the additional two wheels that look like training wheels.
