Dalton Timmis out of Burlington, Karryanne is the agents name and great to work with. She put full coverage on my bike for 7something a year. Switched my cars and house over last year for even better savings

Well I only run min. plpd insurance but it lets me ride for only $236 a year.
I think full coverage was about $550 on my '79 sporty with a clean record.

Default Road King...B.C.

I have my basic thru Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (monopoly) and the rest with Beacon. (once had Megan Fitzpatrick....Beacon less $$)
I pay about $ 92/ month for basic and $ 63/month for additional. I insure year-round so that works out to about $ 1900 annually which includes plate and assorted additional ripoffs. (one time $25 fee to run commemorative Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics plate good thru 2010 which I get the honour of keeping...yeehaw)
The King is insured for a replacement value of $28,200, $ 500 ded., $3M 3rd party liability, under-insured motorist coverage, $250 ded. for riding gear on $1000 worth. (not enough)
I have had a Class 6 license for 31 years. I get a deduction for being a HOG member and a deduction for the number of years riding with no claims.
I currently have a clean license.
I haven't own a cage for close to 10 years so I am not burdened with the crap that comes with owning one. This is how I justify what I pay to ride.
There has been a push in B.C. for years for bike owners to run one plate on ownership of two bikes, but that would deprive ICBC of further $$$, so that's not gonna happen.

Ontario here (GTA) and I have full coverage on a 2008 Fatboy with $28,000 declared value (I have to increase it to $35,000 this year).
I pay $2584 with Kingsway and I have 4 speeding tickets in the past 3 yaers that I have to claim. It's supposed to decrease (so the broker told me) because I had to start off almost as a new rider since I hadn't rode since 1980. The broker said it would go down to about $1650, but that was before I got another speeding ticket. Damn cops!

In ALBERTA I use HOME FOR CHROME on my two rides. I believe Dalton timmins is the Underwriter
Total for both bikes, (07 Heritage & 06 Street glide) fully insured and 500$ deductibles is 1086.a year, year round. That means collision, fire, theft, animal strike etc etc
Bikes insured at 23K each and includes my wife, a rider of 4 years only on either one of them.

Also has the extra's, like flight home if bike is total loss on a trip. Bike rental while waiting repairs. the little things

No one else could come close.!

Insured here in Southern Ontario by Echelon full coverage with no accidents or tickets in the last 10 years. Cost me 845.00$ last year for a "06" Flectra Glide.
Was insured by Rider Plus but carrier switched to Echelon. Called for a quote from Full Throttle Southerland Insurance and was given 1675.00$ full coverage. Well I guess I am not doing that bad compared to what others are paying.
