Here is Nova Scotia I am with Aviva, through the Road Wings Program. It's specialized insurance for just Motorcycles and until last year was only Harleys.
With FULL coverage, I pay just under $1300.
I have a 2008 FXSTC and as of last year, I had no insurance history with a Motorcycle.
I am 25

Got the quote right here for my brand new '09 Ultra:
ICBC Insurance Corp of BC, $34001-$36000 declared value, 2 million liability, $300 Comp. Ded., $500 coll. Ded. $6569.00 less my claim rated Discount @43% = $3155.00....friggin retarded!
As with other provinces I must have basic ICBC Registration and plates with the province that will cost me $708.00 for the year but I only insure from Apr 24 to Oct 24 cause I havn't figured out a safe way to stud 'er up. So Basic ICBC for 6 mos. @ $354.00 and I'll use private Insurance for full year round coverage at a cost of about $1000.00.
Total $1354.00 for my 6 mo.s of riding, I have been advised if I get a MC training cert. that I could save another $200.00, guess I'll have to suck it up and take the course.
