depends on what you desire, if minimal coverage is what your after, i found riders to have the best rates...
but after wanting higher coverages, 250/250 or more, i found nationwide to have the best rates, my premiums kept going down from minimum coverage 15/30 to 250/250 and then increased again at 500/500 which is what i went with and it was way cheaper than the state minimum coverage... but then again, i have no citations either
