I have a 2018 SGS. I just bought a used set of the Screaming Eagle Carbon/titanium mufflers and header that was a take from 2024 Road Glide CVO ST. From what I was told it should be a direct swap out, but I was just noticing that the front bung hole on the CVO headers is much lower than the stock location than the SGS. I don't think it was will be a problem, but can anyone confirm what I bought is a direct swap out without modification? Has anyone used a 2024 CVO ST header on a non CVO previous year M8?

 

I have not made the swap that you are asking about but ‘24 models including the CVO and CVO ST use the same aftermarket headers that older model M8s use.
Just curious, why the header swap? It’s a catted header very similar, if not the same, to what you are currently running.
