CPlay2Air here, works great, gotta do the occaisional reboot tho. I've tried a few others before finally biting the bullet and buying the more expensive CPlay. Night and day difference in reliability. Sad thing is they all appeared to use the same software! <shrug>
Can't speak to the OP linked adapter, only the cplay2air unit, which I have on my 20RGL. Can't say it's flawless, once in a while it takes a nap and I have to disconnect and reconnect and all is well. Not a huge deal but when travelling and your using the maps, kind of a pain to either do while rolling down the road or pull over to reboot (the adapter) so to speak. Otherwise it's worked good.

@cactusred Have you updated the firmware on the device?
I stuck with the brand @ CPLAY2air.com so no help there with your question. I did not update it thinking it might brake. mostly smooth and fast. On a long trip I might just plug directly if im that worried about it gliching a little but so far thats been minimal
