For you all that do not have a heat source
You have to let it set overnight on loc-tite but it does help break it free.

Amazon Amazon

You can find it at Hobby Lobby as well.

Grandpa's TV when I was a young kid, always had Cartoon Network, aaaaand their little subsidiary, Boomerang.
a TV network that'd play nothing but oldschool 1960s to 80s cartoons.
I may be in my early 30s, but I didnt grow up around social media and video games. I'm part of the generation that still got kickedout during the day to go play out side and come back before dinner!
TV was at grandpas house.

H-D has dropped heel shifters, second fobs, vents in Road Glides that close and paper HOG materials ... and you want lock washers. What do you expect for motorcycle that costs $30,000+ ???

Back on point, Waiting on the result - but the nut and Mig (kinda sounds like "nutmeg" - couldn't help myself) would be my vote.
