Wow, how da f*** you get 100000 miles living in Canada too? Cudos to you, hope i can get that many miles on my new bike in rest of my lifetime. Sorry dont have anything else worthy to contribute to your original question.

 

You smartass 😉, parts of Canada are closer to the equator than some areas of the USA…and I’m retired. But I’m only halfway to 100 on my ‘18.

 

It was the pos cable on the battery, the fact that it was starting & running OK made me think it was something else. I can't blame MOCO since I had installed a power supply for heated clothes, had tightened it with a large phillips screwdriver as I didn't want to strip it out, this time I gave it another tug with a 10mm wrench. By the way I was working full time the 1st year & got 24K on, on weekends when I'm riding it's usually 3-400 miles a day & after work 200 or so, if you love riding it's easy to put on 3-4K a month, I also have heated gear which helps. A lot of people thought I was nuts because I'd drive truck 3-400+ & then go for 200 more on the bike. It's a lot different in the truck on main hyways & in town where you're always surrounded by idiots & a$$holes, cruising backroads on the bike was my way to unwind & relax.
