They won’t talk to you, they go through email and are usually a few weeks behind, they did right by me though, veteran discount and some other goodies.

Very interesting nice bars, but this alone would keep me far away from them, I would never do business with a company like this. I called KST Custom yesterday for an issue and I got tech support on the phone right away.

I just experienced something similar trying to get a call back from Ohlins. Three calls and no return call yet. Who knew it would be so hard to give my money to someone 🤦🏻♂️
