Default 131 kit installed and have a question for an expert like Steve Cole

I want to keep my Warranty because the bike is less than 1 year old but I have an idea on how to bypass the VSS but I just need to know if my idea would work.

I am wondering if I can buy a second ECM and a TTS tuner and have it Dyno Tuned. Then keep the Screaming Eagle Street Tuner and replace it before plugging it in to the Harley network. Any idea if that is feasible? It kicks off at 112 @ 4k. There's a lot of potential there and I can't get to it. 😢

So you're worried about keeping your warranty, but then trying to find way to illegally scam the manufacture?

Either blow your warranty and run what you want, or run what harley tells you to keep your warranty. Pretty simple.

Think I would roll the dice on the fact that you won't need the warranty before I would drop the coin for a second ECM if thats even doable.

It's just an idea. I had a 2017 Stage 3 with a Woods 777 cam and a TTS tuner. I have no idea how fast it was but it was fast and I loved it. I love the 131 but I hate that it is limited. Not much I can do unless I just bite the bullet, and just get the TTS and don't worry about the warranty and I don't think that's a good idea.

You may look at it that way. I'm just wanting to get the potential out of what I paid for.

guess that's great for VIP members of the triple digit club...in our State 100 mph gets you an automatic 1 year license suspension so I have a self imposed 99mph governor..one year not operating a motor vehicle is too painful of a punishment I care to risk...not too often I find myself close to triple digits and thinking about continuing..occassionally, but not often enough to be a priority..then there's that whole ground zero wipe out death thing too main reason I sold my 1985 Honda Interceptor decades ago after quitting motocross..I knew it was a race to see which I lost first, my license or my life
