I had to unplug and plug back in everytime I turned again. bike off and on again.So I turned off Bluetooth in the gts by unchecked Bluetooth in settings. Now it turns on with the bike every time I restart when hardwired. If If I don't want to plug the phone in for music I just check the blutooth box and bingo, music through bluetooth. Need to uncheck when done.

Another cable cure here...

 

I had some strange issues after this update. Random disconnects, phone would discharge instead of charge, and a CEL tripped for open speaker circuits. I have the full Fosgate system with the GTS head unit.. Cleared the codes a few times, but the CEL kept coming on, then if finally went away on its own. All this was during a 1000 mile trip touring northern Arizona last week. Today I reinstalled the update and everything seems normal again. For those of you having troubles and a new cable doesn't fix it, you might have luck reinstalling the update.

Edit -- the phone was also getting pretty hot.

 

Maybe this update was not ready for primetime, I'm starting to think that's why it's tucked away instead of being available on the D/L site.

Yes thats what it says, but when you actually download it, its the new version.

 

I think it’s confusing as to what’s the most current update and where is the correct update located. Below the Service Information Portal shows MY21.20.28.00 while the GTS software page reflects MY21.20.22.00. Screenshots were just taken.

 

The software page is labeled wrong. If you download the zip file the iso file is dated July 29. When you do the update the bike it shows the update as MY21.20.28.00
