Default Oil cooler fan

I am thinking to add fan on oil radiator.
As i see harley sells only kit , fan with radiator.
Does stock radiator differs with fan assist one?
Any feedback if you installed fan.
Thanks.

I bought a supercool fan assisted oil cooler for mine, I have yet to install it...maybe this weekend as it’s heating up pretty fast around here.

I installed a fan on my Dyna that has a Jagg oil cooler. Bought the fan off Fleabay...dont remember make. I reversed it and put it on the backeside so its pulling air through it. That also helps cool the cylinders somewhat. Just used 3m double sided automotive tape to attach.

Yes, the stock radiator differs from the fan-assisted radiator. Please review my post that 702 linked:

I wonder if anyone else has done it besides you and me? Stupid easy to do, and a crap ton cheaper than most of the proper alternatives.

bfd317, Just Cruizin' and wmprof gave me the idea. Those are the only others that I have seen on the forum do it besides us.

I wonder what the Dealer will charge for the 'Turn on?' Another Dealer rip off?
