Great! Wish they would publish a change log.

Good timing. I installed my new 2020 GTS upgrade recently (replacing my BOOM GT) and its scheduled to get flashed to my bike at the dealer tomorrow.

Me too. I just installed the update and unless I missed it, I see no changes. There were guys with the iPhone 11 reporting it didn't work properly with the Boom GTS, maybe this fixed their issue.

You're not likely to see any changes, I would assume they are mostly bug fixes, so if you've experienced some very weird behavior, you'll need to ride around and experience that weird behavior no longer happening.

Personally I've experienced the route and next turns no longer updating after several ignored turns, the the next turn function just stops changing, it stays on the last upcoming turn until you turn the bike off. If they just fixed that, I'd be happy.

I might try to call customer service today if I have time. I doubt they'll tell me anything, but worth a try.

With the exception of the Nav system, mine has worked well with no glitches. The Nav sucks so bad I just use either Apple Maps or Google Maps.

Not really an update unfortunately. It just addresses the retrofit.

Update: MY20.19.39.00
Improvements
  • P&A radio P/N’s 76000829A and 76000834A are already loaded with this software, which allows the GTS radio to be compatible with ’14-’18 Touring and Trike North American (DOM) models. If the GTS radio is not one of these two part numbers and is being installed on a ’14-‘18 Touring or Trike this software update MUST be performed with the radio connected to a ’19 or later Touring bike prior to installation on the earlier model. Once the update is complete a pre-calibration reset MUST be performed on the radio, then it can be installed on a ’14-’18 vehicle. Refer to instruction sheet 94100195 for fitment details.
The change log for every update can be found on the H-D Service Information Portal, Owners Manual: BOOM! BOX GTS, Release Notes, Software Updates.

I wish it was a real update too. There are some issues I wish they would correct. But unfortunately it's just for the retrofit according to what H-D published.
