Did not tell us the model or year of the bike, but that might be the connection for heated grips.

I don't see either of those shown in the service manual in those locations:

Default Service rep told me this

First photo is an accessory plug which takes the Harley pigtail that gives various connection options (fog lights, gps, etc.). In the upper left of the same photo is a flat white connector to control power to this plug via a second toggle switch that you can install on the nacelle (right side).

The second photo is for an abs connector that I assume your bike didn’t come with factory abs.

Thank you. Yes. My bike did come with factory ABS. That's interesting. Also, the first plug I assume then could connect to an accessory USB potentially to be installed on my bars?

Yes the harness that plugs in there is pn 69201599A to give you 12v is called an Electrical Connection Kit. The auxiliary power ports that Harley sells that bolt to the handlebars require this harness. Just more ways to get your money.

i'm not sure on the first one, but the other one (blue) looks like the connector for heated hand grips.

you are correct second plug is for heated grips
