Default Who is the current Big Dog in M8 World?

Well been raining all day. Watched a video of Zippers doing what appears to be a reliable 124 kit on an M8 that made some impressive HP and torque numbers.

Got me wondering who has made the most HP and Torque from an M8 so far that is drivable/ non-race.

Post your numbers, what kit and who installed!

I’m still stock!

fuel motor 124 kit with the 408 cam and A heads seems to make 140-150 hp/tq pretty reliably. I have a friend that has one of those kits, made 140hp if iirc. I’m doing the S&S kit because it comes with the tappet cuffs and an oil pump/cam plate and valve springs. None of the other kits come with an oil pump but are roughly the same price. No one can beat S&S pricing.

There are certainly some great indy shops that do full race motors and have done superb street builds.

But, if you want to stick with a "known name", I'd have to recommend Fuel Moto.

Not a street drivable motor, JBroski states that, as do FM with their 143"
nice square motor 4.5 X 4.5 wonder if a mild cam version would work for street not seen one yet ?

From JBroski ,
track bike, it does have plates and insurance I might take it up and down the road but not a daily driver. I would not go bigger then 124/128 for a true street bike. jmo. race gas, not super high octane. I have not checked ccp

So it can go on the street but yea not built for it though, so you could build it and ride it on the street legally..
Or these guys https://leadingedgehp.com/

Peace.

Cosmic, didn't Hattitude recently do a 124 upgrade? I don't remember if his original motor was an M8 though. Buy I think he put in a new S&S crate motor. The reason I mention Hattitude is that he probably did a lot of research n this and may be able to give you some helpful hints on where to look.

Went from a 2019 Road King 107" to a Fuelmoto 124" -- installed and tuned by Fuelmoto. They are really THE name in M8 upgrades for consistanf reliable builds. Here's my dyno chart.
