Well, they should have researched. My 2019 Low Rider was at 110 ft lbs at 2500 RPMs and broke 120 at 3500 with that kit... Not quite 6K lol.

Agreed, this kit comes on much sooner than some might think.

I think ppl confuse the stage 3 and 4 - The 4 is the high rpm high horsepower deal. The 3 pours it on from the start.

stage 2 is just a cam either torque or horsepower, stage three is cylinders and pistons PLUS A CAM that is suited to the stage 3 upgrade.

I have a stage 3 on my bike you wont be disapointed!

6k = peak horsepower... need to keep it at much higher rpm range.

What about air cleaner and exhaust to compliment the stage 3?

Not sure of the point you’re trying to make, but I’m more then happy with the performance of my bikes and not needing to wind them up to high RPMs to move fast. I couldn’t care less peak HP numbers. I want to make lots of torque. And mine does.

My LRS is putting down 129ftLbs at 2900 where it’s only making 65hp. With that, it’s way fast enough for me... I’m not chasing HP numbers. This isn’t a ricer, it’s a Harley.

If I listen to the parts staff and only purchase a stage 3, does it make my bike miss stage 2 (torque/power upgrade)?

Does anyone have experience with this type of upgrade- straight from stage 1 to 3?

Best to you all!
If the end goal is to be at a stage 3 you're better off just getting the stage 3 off the rip saves you labor fees also sense you're not dropping the bike off for stage 2 then later going back for stage 3 but overall you can do alot better for your wallet and power if you go after market

You don't have to, or want to, go to Stage 2 before you can go to Stage 3. That would be an extreme waste of money.

If you've already got Stage 1 installed, you'll keep all those parts.
Stage 2 replaces the stock camshaft with a higher-performance Stage 2 camshaft.
Stage 3 replaces whatever camshaft you have with a Stage 3 camshaft, and also adds bigger-bore cylinders.

So yes, you can simply buy a Stage 3 kit instead of having to go to Stage 2 first.
