In this day and age with MoCo it would be best to write them and request a written answer. Would hate to get screwed by doing something that should not really have an effect but yet they say denied.

I can see it precluding any warranty on the tranny, but should not have any effect on the engine warranty.

notice I say 'should not', the moco is the entity that has to make that determination.

I personally would not install it while under warranty...but that is just me.

MoCo will tell you if it causes a problem it will violate the warranty. I am putting one on my M8 and not looking back.

I think I’ll be doing the same. It’s more of a necessity on the wife’s Freewheeler. She might be able to get the hang of the clutch eventually but the Rekluse will make the bike much more enjoyable to ride, and that’s what this is all about. I also ordered the AIM slave cylinder.

keep the stock clutch and reinstall it before going in for warranty work just to be on the safe side.
