Also, did you have to remove the cable ends when you did yours? We didn't remove mine at all, though the throttle side was pretty tough getting all of them pulled through the bar.
Yeah I know its much easier on the RG, I thought maybe the section of video where he flipped the lines on the backbone and notched that little section might help you. I removed one plug on the throttle side, I tried a few times and got frustrated so I took it off, probably could have done it without but I'm impatient, lol. The other side had 3 plugs on it, both of the heated grip plugs were on that side. I got all three of them through without too much trouble. My factory 47's are inch and a half so that helped. My old KST's were inch and a quarter, I like those KST's but the 47's look awesome, that extra 1/4 inch diameter really makes them look beefy, I bet they would look outstanding on a RG since so much of the bar is visible.

Yeah I like my KSTs but going to 14" I think the fatter 1 1/2" bars will look better and will be easier to fish the cables through. Now do I i go with meathooks or stay with the 45 deg bends. Lol

KST has a new bar that's three pieces and adjustable. They're 1 1/2" too but about 500 bucks.

Yeah I looked at those new KST's and was gonna get them but they dont make them for my street glide, looks like road glide only but they do look pretty cool.

Factory 47 14” Signature Bars. Cables are long enough but you’ll def need to follow the to cut the zip ties around the tank to give you the extra length. I purchased the wire extenders for internally and I ended up needing them. $36.50 from HD.

14" KST Vanguard Spearhead bars - no cable extending required but they are a little tighter than stock!

Cool. Watched the video for the install for these bars. They didn't have to reroute the brake and clutch lines at all. Just took out the plastic panel the cable plugs are mounted to. Man 450 bucks though! Thanks.

I really like how the lines lay on these Bars.
