Painey, look at what's on your USB stick. if its a yellow folder, open that up, there is a disc image file inside it (represented by a rectangle with a circle inside it), that's what your bike is looking for. (I do not see any .iso files)
What about the othe files in the folder, arent those required?
@painey
I had the same problem until I reformatted the USB to NTFS file system. Worked fine then. Had to reformat back to exFAT to do the Navi update. Go figure.
I use a Mac and previously I just copied the downloaded file onto my usb stick and all was fine
There should only be one file in the downloaded 'zip' archive. It has the same name as the 'zip' archive but with a '.iso' file extension (disk image file). Copy only the iso file to a complete clean usb. No other files can be on the usb expect the copied iso file.
the disc image folder (which contains several files) needs to be in the root directory of your thumb drive.
This is what I did and my bike does not pick up it up, it only reports that there is no playable media on the thumb drive. I have done it this way before and had no problems.
This is the name of the folder I am trying to install; swdl_boombox_GTS_DOM-2.iso - It has 5 files inside. This is exactly the same naming and folder content as previous updates, cant work out why my bike won't recognise it. It is the only file on the drive

Here is a small screenshot of the file that I used for the update. As you can see, the file name is different than yours. Try renaming your file with the "-2" omitted from the file name.

I also get the no playable media every time. I just click okay then in a little time it sees the stick and asks if I want to load new software.
