I noticed last night while working on my 19 SGS the idle seemed to drop after >1 minute to a "labored" idle. RPMs are at about 1,000 and the it drops slightly but the sound seems labored. Dont know how else to describe it. It's a new phenomenon. Any experience this?
Factory spec is 950 RPM for warm idle. Cold idle will be higher. Can't comment on what "labored" sounds like since I can't hear it, so maybe a sound or video clip is in order.

is your EITMS activated? if so this could be what you heard....
What I've found on my bike is that the engine "hunts" for the idle when warm. It'll be fairly constant RPM on startup and then when it drops to the warm idle, it will bounce around what seems like 900-1000 RPM. I've been told, "They all do that." LOL
EITMS will not activate until 4 minutes after initial engine start up. On my 19 it will activate if the ambient temp is above 70° . But on my 15 it will only activate if the ambient temp was above 80°. It will also activate after the 4 minutes when ambient temp is cooler than those numbers and the engine temp reaches a certain degree but can’t remember the temp.
My cold start idle is around 1150 - 1200 then will slowly drop to around 950-1000 over a few minutes longer if it’s cool outside.
