Thanks for posting the pics. I was curious as to how it looked on the bike.

Thanks for the pics, guess whoever installed it did not read the instructions, you are supposed to break off the long flat tab at the end on the hose...….it is used to feed the hose through the hole and that's it......supposed to remove it afterwards......

It's soft rubber just like the tube, it won't break off like the instructions say. I'm glad they left it, I'll zip tie it to something to hold it in place away from dumping on the drive belt (should that ever happen).

Bad choice of words I guess, factory instructions calls the tab a "FLAG" and says to "CUT FLAG OFF VENT HOSE". Really hope this fix works for everyone. I only have 100miles on my first gen hose fix, so far trans level is unchanged. I won't be happy till I get 1500 to 2000 miles on it with no change in level...….

I’ve got to be honest here. I work on bikes everyday and I can’t decipher crap based on these pics

the second photo shows it better, it's the black candy cane shaped rubber tube dead center in the photo, it's to the right of the black plastic wiring conduit.

Yes, they did.

Rode 338 miles yesterday, and no sign of transfer so far.
