Shock adjustment on 18 Streetglide

Shock adjustment on 18 Streetglide
I noticed that the left shock has an adjustment **** but the right shock has nothing.
How does that supposed to work? I don't have a manuel.

The right shock is empty... just the spring. the left shock does all the adjustment
