First dyno tests on our 2024 H-D CVO ST. Tested both Sport & Track modes. SAE correction, excellent conditions, 5th gear runs.

Nice one Jamie, so with the right cam and tune 140hp & 140+ flb's of torque should be possible? do the CVO ST's have the same heads and throttle body/manifold as the 117 ST's?

The engine builder and dyno tuner (crazy4ink) @ a HD dealer near San Antonio (Round Rock Texas) has been doing great numbers with many SE Stage 4 re-cams with the SE 131s kits using an Andrew's 554 cam.
He has done @ least 3 with very similar #s in last month or so.
Other HD dealers in the area take him their bikes to dyno tune as well. Very good reputation.
That breather is the new HD big round open breather that he calls diesel breather because it looks like the filters under the hood of a diesel truck. 😂
So only items "not" part of the HD SE Stage 4 131" kit is the cam, breather and pipes making 149.73hp and 160.07 torque.
And he does this consistently!
This one was slightly better than 2 others done within a few days of each other. I asked, if it was the "Fast Johnny" paint? He laughed, and said that new HD "Diesel" looking filter has been bringing more numbers to all that he has been tuning with that has used it.👀
As of right now I will be riding right @ 7 hrs for him to tune mine.
Unless things have changed pretty sure Andrew's makes a lot of these other cams for these other manufacturers on here, if not even for the biggest sellers on here, and have been in business much longer than most.
The ⛽️ Diesel AC 😂
Another SE build cam swap to Andrews 554!

Very impressive for a Stage 2 107" and again this (HD in Round Rock Texas) is very consistent using these Andrew's cams in all engine sizes, and best I have seen with the S&S 475 in any stock engine size (107, 114 & 117").
Click on picture and it will clear up
113.37hp and 121.79 torque out of a 107".
Tuner is a very straight shooting, humble fella not stuck on any certain brand.

I wondered why these cams had such different valve timing frt/rr cylinders and lopsided power curves. Makes sense tho. Not as “twitchy”, for lack of better term, in town; Then at 3000rpm or so on the highway just under peak, get a 3-8ft/lb bump for hills and passing with no need to downshift if loaded n two up. I hit 130 about 3600 n carry to 4250. Haven’t been on long heavy trip yet to find out. Just my best guess. I just know I love how it’s such a kick in the butt cause the it comes in so sharp and quick but still carries out to 5000 above 120ft/lbs. That’s why I want the 128/540, same curve just 20-25 higher. That’s down the road a bit. Have to sneak up on it cause it’s good chunk of $$$ all at once. Why I was looking at f35. More balanced curve but get a bump in power now. Then go 128, then to 540. More costly long run, but easier chunks for the bank(wife) to digest lol. Haven’t seen any numbers on 128/f35 yet tho. My first stage 2 and 475 is all I know so who knows, I may like balanced better
Also fuel system upgrades if I do the f35. Hoping for mid 130’s/130’s???🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

He also gave me the AFR graph, which the original, well respected tuner would never provide. Anyways, AFR was way rich down low and shop told me that saw other settings in VE table that could be improved. Bike was already on the dyno and I drove 2 hours to get there, so said yeah, tune it. The original dyno graph I posted above had a bad dip down around 3k. Here is the new dyno - no dip - there is a little flat spot (actually climbing a little) before it climbs again. Bike pulls really hard and revs really fast. If you overlayed this new graph over the old original graph, it would show a nice gain from idle up to 3400 rpm. After that it would be a few more hp and tq throughout. Some might say that is just inflated STD numbers, but if you compared the baseline to new tune, it gained 15tq down low and 9 -10 in both hp/tq everywhere else. I did not get a copy of the baseline tune comparison to current tune to post it. Regardless of the numbers, it feels faster and pulls harder just about everywhere. I am holding off on new cam for awhile - not sure another cam is really going to feel much faster on the street. One with more hp, might beat this on the track by a few tenths of a second, but on the street, how often do you get to wind bike out that far or high? My bike ran good before and probably 90% of HD riders would have been completely happy with the performance's, so this is just better.
I also looked at some videos of bigger builds and cams on YouTube. I am sure these bikes are a little faster and have more hp, but just watching how fast the speedo climbs during high speed runs don’t look any faster than mine. I would like to get a video cam or dragy to really see what this bike can do. I am sure I will be the limiting factor.
