Have you considered a defect in the throttle body itself?
Could be a defect in the throttle blade gears, voltage control, or a blockage in the intake which limits how far the throttle blade will open.

He puts it weirdly, but what he says is correct.
The S&S/Zippers 128 kit is for a longer stroke engine, so putting it on a 107 won't work because the stroke is too short and it would raise the deck height.
The only way to get 128 on a 107 is to go with the H-D kit, which has thinner cylinder walls.

Funnily enough, there are now also aftermarket 131 bolt on kits available that do not increase the stroke. So I guess the thinner cylinder walls weren't really that big of an issue after all.

He is wrong about the deck height of the different stroke M8's and on a you tube channel so maybe he should of known what he was talking about .
He was wrong about that so what else has he been misinforming people about , his mechanical and subject knowledge is obviously very limited.
After that statement of his I turned it off ,so no idea about the rest of it and I don't care either way .
You also might want to check out your big barrels theory as none of the big bore kits increase the stroke, the difference is the wrist pin heights of the pistons between the 2 different M8 cranks.
There could be stroker kits out there but these aren't what we're talking about .
Stay upright, ride hard .

Plot twist: just dug through my invoices and it is in fact the SS 107 to 124 kit.
(this is the problem with building 2 big bores at once 🤦🏻‍♂️)

As useful as the above suggestion was it will not be the case, any idea on the TP limiter as per my original question?

So they used a shop powervision & a tune license? They should be able to email you both files. I wanted to look at the map used to see if any anomalies pop up.

Something is drastically different- here is a 107 with 2 different cams, same bike/tuner/dyno, that is making a lot more HP than you are.
