Thanks for replying on my behalf and I am positive they used the provided cam in the 131 kit and that was precisely the correct reasoning for using the fueling sprocket as they have built quite a few and noticed the tolerances were much better going that route over stock. It was not tuned with the powervision although doug and I discussed doing so as soon as the warranty was up as he was in approval.

To do a proper dyno tune you need wide band O2 sensors which require 18mm bungs, the head pipe that comes with the kit does NOT have 18mm bungs, the bungs in the head pipe are 12mm (correct size for narrow band stock O2 sensors) that is why they drilled the holes.
You were correct on the sprocket, but both right and wrong on the bungs / dyno tune.
You do need the bungs to do a real dyno tune, but the Screaming Eagle Street tuner cannot be used to do a full old school dyno tune. It will only allow you to load pre approved Harley / EPA tunes. That would be why the new larger headers Harley supplies with the kit do not come with the bungs. The only EPA approved / warranty friendly tune is the one HD supplies with the kit and it does not make anywhere near that kind of power....

You're welcome to call Loess Hills H-D and talk to Crane in the service department (712) 800-3505 or Doug who performed the work and tuning and find out from the source rather than take my word for it. I can't provide anything more than the paperwork for the services performed and the dyno sheets. I was told it was under warranty and it was the most they had seen off of any they have done and I've seen the sheets for several of their 131 and 128 builds along with some aftermarket builds and the numbers on all of them varied. I'm happy as hell with it, no complaints whatsoever.

Why, the person who did the work would sure back up what you posted.

If that is with a HD tuner the numbers are way inflated. Your numbers are significantly over that of every 131 build posted on here and other websites. Your dealer has a happy dyno. Makes customers very happy but doesn't tell the truth.

Did they give you a 'before' dyno chart, to show the stock figures? That is a good way of checking if the dyno is realistic.

Default Moonshine Tune 💪🏾

I previously posted my build and dyno sheet within this thread and I was left thinking this build
could probably be better. I thought about it for a while and decided to take a “family” trip to TN and visit Moonshine Harley Davidson. We kicked some ideas around about maybe changing out some parts but ultimately agreed to just tune the bike again. The outcome was amazing 138HP/145TQ! The bike rides COMPLETELY different. 😁

The staff was amazing! Their service was exceptional and not once did they come off as just being about money.

Default 2018 Softail Fat Bob, SE 131, TTS 250 cam, custom made stepped 2-1,6.2 injectors

Bike is pleasure to ride and is very quick.
Will extending my header pipes by 3” make significant or any difference on that torque dip?Headers are 13/4 to 17/8 to 2” with 2.5 outlet. Muffler are one of S&S GrandNational slip-ons for a FatBob that i modified to be 2.5”
