Harley is not providing the Boom manual with the bikes anymore MY19 and up...so dealership has to buy them and divvy them out...dealership generally eats the cost and provides with at least the 6.5 GTS systems...

 

I bought the radio manual for $20.00 from the dealership ... I am pissed I had to buy it but it is very nice to have it on the road when I am trying to change something with the GPS.... Truly it always came with the bike... now I spend 30K and have to buy the book... Not happy and I own 200 shares of HD Stock... After buying at least 11 HD's and riding them 1998 I think this maybe my last NEW HD I buy. Harley customer service is GONE and not coming back.

Youre kidding me, 30k on a bike and no manual, no tool kit. I just ordered a limited last week for delivery in June. I’ll be double checking and if not surely going to ask why. I just did get a service manual for $3.99.

 

That's just terrible about having to buy them.

 

Make sure you ask them for it and have them include with bike during delivery...
