Does the bike come from the factory with some limiter that is only released with the DTCII or does it not exist? in the first review what is the utility of DTCII?
in the 1600 km review, do they turn on the computer and what service would this computer do?
Do they....turn on the computer? Not sure what you're talking about. Scheduled maintenance is in your owners manual. Basically fluid changes and checking critical fasteners.
here they do the service that is in the manual and connect the DTII and make the update of the bike, my doubt refers to the need for this update, because I am willing not to do the service in the dealer.

I dont understand why that would be a problem, can you explain? Sometimes there are running changes to the ECM map (a good thing), software updates for the audio/nav, etc. This is a bad thing? I smell either 1) conspiracy theory or 2) attempt to hide something. Which?
here the dealers are using mineral oil in the three holes, I want to use synthetic !, usually the bike comes back with scratches and screws dusted, the truth is that the workmanship here is very bad !! this ECM update even looks great! the rest is not!

No reason you cant do the first (or any) service yourself (or supply your preferred fluids for them to perform the service) and you can always take the bike in to have it updated.
Friend here the sellers do not give this option of you take from home or choose the types of oils, land without law ....... until service that this manual is difficult to do properly!
