Revs surge at start

I am noticing that when I start my 2017 RGS, the initial revs jump up quite a bit right after starting and hold for about a second before going back down to idle. I never noticed it before and I've got 16k on it. It almost sounds like the throttle is wide open.

anyone else have this?
