Default Been away for a while

Three weeks ago, I was involved in a pretty bad car wreak. This idiot veers out of his lane and crashes into me at 60 mph head on. not sure if he was drunk or on the cell phone. I ended up witth a broken nose and a broken thumb. the break in my thumb was not displaced so no surgery was required. But I am missing my favorite part of riding season.

on the bike or in the vette and I would have been toast. the cabin didn't have any damage except the airbags. If I had my seatbelt on, I probably would not have been injured at all.

Glad to hear you are doing OK. From the looks of the car it could have been a lot worse.
Get well soon.

Life is sometimes a matter of inches. For sure your injuries would have been a lot worse if his chassis did not climb yours and rip into the crumple zone.Really dodged one there!Glad you're still with us

Glad you are not hurt too bad. Things like this give you a new attitude about life like appreciate the time you have now not later cause you don't know what later is. Could of been a lot worse you are blessed to still be alive!
Now you need to get a ride in soon so you can completely recover!

Bet you will think twice about whether or not to hook up that belt. Glad you not hurt any worse.
