Actually that crankcase vent does absolutely nothing for throttle body...but it is another good thing to have and needs a filter like you did.
Its just not the the same thing.....that another system all together ...except we hide them deeper. Actually 3 breathers we use...head breathers like we are talking about here...than the crankcase/ oil pan breather you show...than a primary case breather which i no longer use having clearanced the clutch slave cylinder side of trans..

ok just built a 131 kit 160 hp...no oil tb...also 117 w 135 hp ..no oil ...

 

hose,filter, brass fitting $6.50 parts..also i run 4qt oil ...no more..

 

Yep saw that and it is awesome except my breather bolts on the stage one backplate are recessed and it is differant

 

I installed a catch can within my stock air cleaner cover shown below. This hides it nicely, but does anyone see issues with this location?
