Bars for 18 fat bob

looking to possibly swap out the bars on my 18 fat bob. Anyone have any recommendations as far as height and brand? Also another reason is to be able to run a small bag for storage since we have NONE lol.

Also so if you did bars did you have to swap out cables and so on?
