Milwaukee 8 sounds horrible

I didnt get much of that sound until I upgraded to a more free flowing AC.
Then when I went with the PV tuner, that noise was gone again. If I remember correctly, I'm not mechanically inclined at all, but a tech and T-man said the noise comes from a leaner running bike because more air was being pulled in. So once that was corrected, the noise went away.
