Default P0151H error code lights check engine?

After a service visit a few months ago, they updated the bikes firmware. Now, error code p0151h illuminates the check engine light--there are no other codes present. It's happened 3 times in 3 months. I do have a stage 1 with Rineharts, tuned on local dealers dyno. I clearly remember that p0151h would not light up the check engine light by itself, if it was the only code present. Anybody know if there is a later update that keeps the old p0151h "silent", like it used to be? I plan on bringing it in next week when I get a chance. Bike is running great, it is a 2018 Heritage Classic.

That’s a code for O2 sensor code that needs to be cleared out they can be intermittent and pop up a lot. Who ever worked on it last may did something wrong check all your fittings to insure there all connected properly.

Default Update dealer says they fixed

Picked up bike this morning, dealer says rear oxygen sensor replaced with one they had to take off a new bike, as Harley and nearby dealers were out of stock. They re-tuned on their dyno, and I can tell the rear-most muffler was moved slightly forward and now meets exactly where the header heat shield stops (there was a tiny gap before), although they said nothing about this. All seems well so far, but I will have to ride it for a longer time and take a more distant trip to be sure. Nobody there knew whether or not the p0151h code by itself used to not light the check engine light in the past.
