with baggers the sound is different if your sitting on the bike or standing behind it. these pipes sound good standing behind it or watching it drive away but a little to quite for me while riding the bike . im 65 probably done with loud pipes on long rides .

So the new power cores should be here tomorrow. I removed the old baffles today. Not sure what people were saying, but a dremel removed the welds easily. Got a tungsten carbide tip and just kept spraying a little oil. Ate it up easily.

Received the power cores today and installed them. I will put the mufflers back on in the morning and fire it up to see how it sounds. Pretty easy install.

Thinking of doing the same on my CVO, what size baffles did you go for ?

2.25 is the size. I dont think they offer the 2.5 anymore. There website only shows three sizes, 1.70, 2.0, and 2.25.
