Well that's definitely a tq cam not a power cam, it would have been nice if they would have started the run down around 2K rpms to show the actual curve. I'd say you wasted your money on the 64mm TB since that only shows a gain in the higher rpm range, you're all done by about 5K.

The scaling on the right vertical may be different, but the problem here is the horizontal axis. It shows just one scale. It looks to me like it was deliberately scaled to make that torque curve appear longer/flatter, per the comments from the poster?

Looks like there is some deception going on with then dyno chart. I have had several bikes tuned. Never had a tuner try to give me something like that. I would make them give me a properly scaled chart, in SAE with 5 correction factor.
