They are very comfortable bars that are wide and have a very good amount of pullback. They were actually too comfortable for me and I felt like I was in too relaxed of a riding position. I don't know how tall you are but I would go at least 14 in if you are around 6' or taller.
You mentioned they are wide but almost too comfortable. Did the width bother you? Can you elaborate?
I'm 6' but think the 12's look better but not to sacrifice comfort.

The plus of the F47 is it's easier to wire the bigger diameter bar. As far as quality? I wouldn't understate the importance of a handlebar that has welds as "how quality do they need to be." My thought. Is as best they can. Saving money isn't the end game when if a weld breaks you could die. Quality is number 1 imo. Bars are also super comfortable.

Grab the Anarchy Bag Guards too. Just watch your shins.
To me those bars look perfect.

I've had 10" Yaffee's on the SG in my sig pic so familiar with the wrist angle. What about the 47's did you prefer over the Yaffees's?

To me they look like they allow one to sit back with more relaxed arms than the Yaffee's which are pushed further up requiring a more up right seating position. The other observation is that the 47's are 2" wider than the 10" Yaffess, at 36" vs 34".
Has anyone found the ability to relax and sit back a bit to be true? What about the width? Is that bothersome?
Thanks
is this for a roadie or street glide.... the sg bars are 39" wide every bar manufacture states the pull back....... compare the two.....yaffi vs factory thats your difference and thats your answer..... if yaffi is say 8 " and factory is 12" then the factorys are 4" closer to you...

I just put F47 10" on my RGU, but I have not been able to ride yet due to this sucky Midwest weather. They are noticeably wider than stock and feel just right while sitting on the bike. I also like the looks of the beefier diameter bar. I am 6'1" and sat on one that had 12's, but felt they were sticking up too high for my preference.

I'll report back as soon as I get to ride. Maybe getting a break in the weather this weekend.

For a RG...you're right..all specs are available. .thing is that Yaffee show more pull back but 47's clearly look like they come back to the rider more, thus the request from actual owners.

I am 6' as well but have longer arms. The width didn't bother me but the height was too low and the pullback sat me back more in the seat than I would have liked. These are probably great for touring though because you are very comfortable but I came from riding sportbikes and dyna's so I like to sit in a more aggressive stance. It's all about personal preference and comfort when it comes to things like bars, seats, ride height, etc. It just sucks that bars arent really cheap and not the easiest things to just swap out if you don't like what you got.

"Sat me back more in the seat" confirms what I saw with the 47's vs the Yaffee's which sit you up straighter. I'm pretty sure that's what I want. I also ride sport bikes, (S1000RR), and previously owned a K1600GT, so for this bike the sit back and cruise option is desirable. Now the main question is 12's vs 14's. To me the 12's look better. Thanks for the feedback.

Glider. Also take into consideration the seat. My cvo solo seat is about 2" down and back so for me the 12" may as well be a 14" bar. With the stock seat height when I put my hammock on for my week long get aways my seating position changes considerably. I'm ok with it. But when considering bar height think about the seat. I think if I had gone with the 14s they'd be too tall for me with solo seat, but perfect height (comfort wise) not looks with a stock or touring seat. I'm not a fan of the bars way above the fairing.
