If you can do it right now do within your 60 days window. The labor time listed by HD with no other requirements is 14 shop hours. Now different dealers will quote different rates and times and there is the dyno tune to figure in but that is what is the “booked” labor time by HD. Believe me you will certainly notice a difference. Right off the bat you get a nice cam lope and a much louder and deeper exhaust note. Once broken in correctly you will be all smiles.

If I am not mistaken Cookie I think it’s listed as 7.6 hours but don’t hold me to that.

Well, I picked up the bike last night. Wow, I'm in love again! Full stage 1 with the high flow exhaust. Not terribly loud around idle to 3000RPM, but much deeper and richer sounding. Idle has a nice lope sound, and a pleasing rumble similar to a rubber mounted engine. Not quite potato potato lope, but damn close with the stage 2 torque cam. When I hit around 3.5k and up it has a pretty authoritative growl. It used to just get louder above about 3.2k with no more noticeable power. Now it pulls like a Clydesdale all the way into the lower 5's. I'm glad I went this route vs the stage 3 or 4, I think the returns for me are better for my style of riding. Jury is still out on the automatic tuner module, I'm sure it is doing its job, just hard for me to really know. Oh well, it was only $360 more. No to rack up some more miles!

I have the stage 3, and it is really good, worth the cost.
I drove my bike stock, and it was ok, but the power dropped off above 4500 rpm’s
With the stage 3, it just pulls to redline.

I was quoted by two different dealers that it was six hours...

like I said I could be wrong. Kept in mind some dealers quote low hours but high rate. It’s really about the out the door price.

Is there a place to find the HD quotes for times on set jobs?

I was charged 12 Hrs labor for the Stage 3 install with a 20/20 discount (Winter Rates in North Dakota).
Well here is ole Gunny. This guy lies about everything including his military service. Some of us think he doesn’t even own the bike pictured. So Gunny you really think a stage three on a moped is possible? We like to call him “dung beetle” cause he likes to spread ***** just about everything. Take whatever he says as mostly BS!
