Gas Mileage with Stage 2
#21
I know some have had sumping issues after Stage 3 or 4, I don't think I've seen any that have had it from a Stage 2.
My gas mileage may have dropped some, I don't keep track of it. One of the problems is, after the Stage 2, my right wrist is a bit harder to control. It's way too much fun.

Well it's so much fun to ride after stage 2 I'm sure my milage is down from twisting the throttle.
I ride my bike hard on the freeway and in the Twisties and have never been able to create sumping so consider myself lucky there.
Stage 2 is a must have other wise your just not having enough fun.

I almost didn't do the stage 2 because the bike ran so good with the stage one and didn't want them to start taking things apart and maybe not putting them back together correctly and end up having my bike run worse. Well no difference in the way the bike runs after the stage 2 just a slightly different rumble and a whole lot more power, I'm glad I did it.

At those speeds the wind resistance cuts into the mileage no matter what stage upgrade you have.....
